Another regular internal training was held as scheduled on July 1st, 2019, in the Secretariat of the Sichuan International Medical Exchange & Promotion Association. Mr. Lei Zongjin gave the staff a lecture, entitled "Junior Clerk -- Professional Behavior Requirements", on how to improve professional awareness and professional ethics attainment with standardized requirements and demonstrations.
First, using a figure of "junior clerk", Mr. Lei simulated the actual cases encountered in various work, and analyzed the mistakes that may occur in behavior, communication, team work and professional ethics, and the following consequences, as well as the methods that can be used to avoid such mistakes. He pointed out that "stupid people do stupid things", if you keep this saying in mind, you will not do things inappropriate; if you focus on a successful strategy, you will definitely find some tips on how to behave better and become an excellent employee.
Later on, Mr. Lei read out the Staff Manual of the Association, explaining the Association's basic situation, organizational structure, core values, visions and missions, as well as various management systems related to human resources. After his explanation, every trainee has a clearer understanding of and thinking on how to regulate the behavior of the staff of the Secretariat, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both the Secretariat and its staff members.
In the end, four staff members of the Secretariat shared their perceptions and summaries of their work in the past month, and sorted out their work plans and arrangements for the coming month. Secretary Zhang Mengfan said that, both new and old members should get familiar with the Staff Manual, and get a whole picture of the rights and obligations of employees, so as to better fulfill duties, improve work efficiency and skills, and do their part in promoting the development of the Association.
