West China Hospital of Sichuan University (WCH) is a national medical center for serious and difficult diseases and crisis in western China, as well as an important national basement for medical scientific research and technological innovation. The Department of Anesthesiology, WCH has ranked first in China's Best List for 9 consecutive years.
This year, The Department of Anesthesiology, WCH recruited medical graduates from major medical colleges across the country to enter the resident doctors' standardized training or specialist training. The specific requirements are as follows:
I. Standardized Residents Training
1. Desired trainees should be:
(1) 2019 new graduates, postgraduates or Ph.Ds majoring in clinical medicine or Anesthesiology in the national education system;
(2) Postgraduates or Ph.Ds majoring in clinical medicine or Anesthesiology during undergraduate years;
(3) Graduates starting from high school. College-upgraded students and pre-university students will not be accepted.

II. Standardized Specialists Training
1. Desired trainees should be:
(1) Graduates with provincial-level Standardized Resident Training Certificate and a medical practitioner's license
(2) Students who will participate in resident graduation examination of provincial health administrative department with a doctor's license in June 2019;
(3) Students who have intermediate titles and a doctor's license.
2. Number of trainees: 20 for Anesthesiology (Comprehensive Anesthesia), 4 for Pediatric Anesthesia, 4 for Cardiovascular Anesthesia, 3 for Extracorporeal Circulation, and 2 for pain science.
